They govern your access to and use of our VPN services, website (kigaping.com), client panel (clients.kigaping.com/client/auth/login), and related applications or features (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
• By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and agree to comply with all applicable laws.
• We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Services

KIGAPing provides VPN services using multiple protocols (e.g., OpenVPN, WireGuard, IKEv2) for secure, encrypted internet access. Services include server selection, bandwidth allocation, and account management via the client panel.

3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

• Registration: Create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Security: Safeguard your credentials. Report suspected breaches to support@kigaping.com immediately.
• Multiple Accounts: Prohibited without permission; may lead to termination.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Lawful personal or business internet access.
• Streaming, browsing, and data transfer compliant with laws.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal activities, including copyright infringement, fraud, or harassment.
• Use for hacking, cracking, brute-forcing, malware distribution, or cyber attacks.
• Overload servers (e.g., excessive bandwidth abuse).
• Resell or share access without authorization.
• Circumvent geo-restrictions in violation of content provider terms.
• Transmit spam, viruses, or harmful code.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

5. Subscription, Payment, and Billing

• Plans: Various subscription options with auto-renewal.
• 7-Day Test: As detailed in our Refund and Return Policy.
• Payments: Processed securely; you authorize recurring charges.
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.
• No Refunds: Except as per Refund Policy.

6. Termination and Suspension

• By You: Cancel via client panel; no refunds for partial periods.
• By Us: For violations, non-payment, or at our discretion. No liability for losses.
• Effects: Access revoked; data may be deleted.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Services, logos, and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized copying.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services provided “as-is” without warranties.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, speed, or security against all threats.
• Not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party actions.
• Total liability limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use or violations.
